NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene material involves preparing zeolite suspension containing zeolite nanocrystal at concentration of 50-100 ppm, preparing graphene oxide suspension containing graphene oxide at concentration of 50-200 ppm, mixing the graphene oxide suspension with zeolite suspension in volume ratio of 1:1-9:1 to form composite solution, transferring compound solution to water bath at 15 degrees C when color of composite solution changes from brown yellow to dark brown, adding surfactant to composite solution in water bath, ultrasonically processing composite solution for 5-30 minutes, and removing composite solution from water bath, atomizing composite solution to form atomized droplets, treating atomized droplets with plasma to charge atomized droplets, and depositing charged atomized droplets on substrate at 150-350 degrees C. The particle size of the zeolite nanocrystal is 50-80 nm, and the pH of the zeolite suspension is 11-13. The graphene material has 5 layers or less. USE - Preparation of graphene material.
