NOVELTY - The film has graphene sheets (11-25) that are stacked in parallel through single wall carbon nanotubes (31-48, 51-56). The graphene sheet stacked portion (101) is connected electrically and mechanically with carbon nanotube at the three-dimensional form. The length of the single wall carbon nanotube is 5-20 mu . USE - Graphene sheet film for graphene sheet capacitor (claimed) used in electric vehicle, battery industry and energy industry. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene sheet stacked portion is connected electrically and mechanically with carbon nanotube at three-dimensional form, the high-speed diffusion of electrolyte solution ion can be performed and the electrolyte solution can be absorbed and removed with high density. The electroconductivity between grapheme sheets can be improved while interposing electroconductive carbon nanotube between grapheme sheets. The high conductivity of the carbon nanotube can be harnessed and the capacitor performance can be improved. The energy density and power density of the capacitor can be improved.
