NOVELTY - Conductive grease comprises 70-90 %mass anti-rust oil, 0.5-1.5 %mass nano-graphite, 0.5-1 %mass nano-boron nitride, 0.5-1 %mass nano-molybdenum disulfide, 1-3.5 %mass nano-titanium dioxide, 0.1-2 %mass multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 0.1-1 %mass graphene, 0.5-1.2 %mass nano-black phosphorus, 1-5 %mass 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate, 1-4 %mass 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate, 5-20 %mass thickening agent and 1-3 %mass dispersant. USE - The conductive grease is useful for solid welding wire without copper plating and special coating. ADVANTAGE - The grease has high temperature resistant, and improved tribological performance and conductivity of non-coppered solid wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the grease, involving (a) adding nano-additive, thickening agent and dispersant to anti-rust oil, evenly stirring for 30-60 minutes and heating at 50-100 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, (b) cooling to room temperature and grinding the obtained grease on a three-roll mill for 1-4 hours, and (c) adding 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate and continuously grinding for 1-8 hours to obtain the product, where the nano-additive comprises nano-graphite, nano-boron nitride, nano-molybdenum disulfide, nano-titanium dioxide, multi-wall carbon nanotubes, graphene and nano-black phosphorus.
