USE - The composite is useful in photocatalyst, energy storage device, solar cell, transparent electrode and field emitter. ADVANTAGE - The method does not rely on composite reactions including high temperature, high pressure, and UV radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing zinc oxide-graphene oxide composite, comprising reacting zinc oxide precursor solution containing graphene oxide, zinc oxide precursor, reducing agent and solvent.
