NOVELTY - The method involves putting fine graphene flake powder and aqua regia into the reactor. The temperature is controlled at predetermined temperature, the ultrasonic treatment is turned on after 30 minutes of stirring, and the stirring is continued for 20-60 minutes to obtain solution. The weight sodium hydroxide solution is added with a concentration, and the temperature of the reactor is controlled at predetermined temperature, and stirred for 30-60 minutes. Multi-infiltrated workpieces are heated to predetermined temperature in a preheating furnace, kept for 1-3h, and quickly put into graphene activation solution in different activation tanks for activation treatment for 30-60 minutes. The preheating and activation treatment are repeated until the thickness of the permeable layer is reached. The infiltrated workpiece is taken out and rinsed with tap water. The workpiece is put into the pure water tank for cooking for 30 minutes, and dried naturally. USE - Method for treating and strengthening non-ferrous metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to treat non-ferrous metal surface has high wear resistance of non-ferrous metal portion.
