DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite oxide (in parts weight) (0.01-10) and solvent (100-3000) are added to an ultrasonic irradiation reactor, and ultrasonically dispersed for 5 minutes to 5 hours, with ultrasonic power of 10-50000 W, frequency of 10-100000 Hz and temperature of 20-200 degrees C, to obtain a graphite oxide solution. A polymer emulsion (5-300) is added, dispersed for 5 minutes to 5 hours ultrasonically, and reductant (0.01-100) is added and dispersed for 5 minutes to 10 hours ultrasonically, to obtain a stable polymer/graphene composite emulsion. A graphite oxide (0.01-10) and solvent (100-3000) are added to a grinder, and ground for 5 minutes to 5 hours, to obtain a graphite oxide solution. A polymer solution (5-300) is added, ground for 5 minutes to 5 hours, and a reductant (0.01-100) is added and ground for 5 minutes to 10 hours, to obtain a stable polymer/graphene composite emulsion. The obtained polymer/graphene composite emulsion is added to demulsifying agent (0.01-30), demulsified at 0-100 degrees C for 1-60 minutes, and dried with vacuum degree of 0.1-0.01 MPa and temperature of 10-200 degrees C, to obtain a polymer/graphene composite masterbatch.
