NOVELTY - The anti-sulfate corrosion resisting preservative comprises 30-50 pts. wt. of mineral admixture, 10-25 pts. wt. silicon ash, 5-15 pts. wt. of calcium powder, 5-10 pts. wt. of a swelling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. of silicon dioxide, 0-5 pts. wt. of graphene oxide, 0-5 pts. wt. of gypsum, 1-2.5 pts. wt. of a dispersant, 0-0.2 pt. wt. of a defoaming agent, and 0-1 pt. wt. of a surfactant. The mineral admixture is a mixture of fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag. The calcium powder is a nano-sized calcium powder. The swelling agent is calcium oxide, calcium sulfoaluminate or calcium oxide magnesium oxide composite swelling agents. The defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, tri-alkyl melamine or silicone oil. The surfactant is sodium stearate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate or ammonium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate. USE - Anti-sulfate corrosion resisting preservative used to prepare shotcrete (claimed) and for secondary lining in tunnel bearing structure systems. ADVANTAGE - The anti-sulfate corrosion resisting preservative makes full use of the excellent characteristics of a variety of micro-nano auxiliary cementing materials. Through the nucleation effect, micro-filling effect and pozzolanic effect of different micro-nano materials, the microstructure of sprayed concrete is denser and the pore size is refined. The permeation channel of sulfate medium is reduced, and the anti-sulfate corrosion performance of sprayed concrete is significantly improved. The active ingredients in the cement interact with the active groups on the graphene oxide to form crystal growth points that can compensate for the cracks of the cement matrix in the sulfate environment. The preservative reduces the rebound rate of concrete to less than 10% when used in concrete.
