NOVELTY - Optimizing loop-mediated isothermal amplification reaction comprises (i) adding graphene quantum dots into the loop-mediated isothermal amplification reaction system and performing nucleic acid amplification; and (ii) detecting nucleic acid amplification product by electrophoresis, and subjecting to turbidity or chromogenic detection. USE - The method is useful for food safety detection. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the reaction sensitivity, reduces non-specific amplification and improves detection efficiency.
