NOVELTY - Silicon-based/graphene nanoribbon composition material comprises 10-98 wt.% silicon-based materials, 1-89 wt.% graphene nanoribbons, 1-10% lithium element, where silicon-based material is micro-nano silicon powder or silicon oxide or porous silicon, and the average particle size of the silicon-based material is 0.01-30 mu m, the specific surface area is 5-500 m2/g, the pore volume is 0.01-5 cm3/g, the diameter of the graphene nanoribbons is 5-50nm, the length is 1-100 mu m, and carbon content is greater than or equal to 95%. USE - The silicon-based/graphene nanoribbon composition material is useful in high specific energy lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The composition material: has high capacity and high cycle efficiency, has simple process and convenient operation; can prepares silicon-based/graphene nanobelt composition material, which has high specific capacity, high first-time coulombic efficiency, long cycle life, and strong rate performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the silicon-based/graphene nanoribbon composition material, comprising (i) preparing a silicon-based material mixture, dissolving the silicon-based material and the surfactant in deionized water, mixing and stirring for 30-240 minutes to obtain a mixture of positively charged silicon-based materials suspended and the ratio of the silicon-based material, the surfactant, and the deionized water is 1 g:(0.05-0.5) g:(100-1000) ml; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing graphene nanoribbons in deionized water for 1-12 hours into a dispersion of 0.1-10 mol/l, and then adding to the silicon-based material mixture at 50-1000 Hz ultrasonic oscillation under frequency conditions for 5-240 minutes, solid-liquid separation and collection of precipitates, drying and sintering in inert atmosphere, to obtain silicon-based/graphene nanoribbons composition material, and the mass ratio of graphene nanoribbons and silicon base material is 1:0.1-100; and (iii) directly and mechanically pressing the pre-lithiated silicon-based/graphene nanoribbon composition material of silicon-based/graphene nanoribbon composition material with the lithium metal sheet after infiltration of the lithium ion battery electrolyte under the protection of inert gas, the applied pressure is 0.1-10 kg/cm, pressure time is 5-600 minutes.
