NOVELTY - Desulfurizing and purifying fuel oil comprises uniformly mixing fuel oil with a pyrrolidine ionic liquid and viscosity reducing dispersant, adding an oxidative desorbent, and separating the pyrrolidine ionic liquid to obtain clean fuel oil, where the mass ratio of the pyrrolidine ionic liquid and the oxidative desorbent is (5-10):1 and the oxidative and desorbent is graphene-supported nanometer metal oxide. USE - The method is useful for desulfurizing and purifying fuel oil used for ship fuel. ADVANTAGE - The method not only can deeply remove the sulfide in the fuel oil, but also can reduce the viscosity of fuel oil and the reaction condition is mild, the energy consumption cost is low, and the combustion efficiency is improved. By using N-methyl-N-ethyl pyrrolidine aluminum chloride ion liquid and good affinity, capable of quickly combining with benzothiophene (BT) sulfide, and by matching with the secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, enhancing the surface tension of the contact and improving the fluidity of the N-ethyl-pyrrolidene aluminum chloride liquid.
