NOVELTY - Composition comprises 60 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 5-40 pts. wt. layered mica powder and 0-60 pts. wt. inorganic filler. The layered mica powder has a layered structure, the diameter-to-thickness ratio is between 50:1-90:1, and the mesh number is ≥200 meshes. USE - The composition is useful for preparing the shell of the electronic appliance (claimed), automobile, building, household appliance industry and in injection molding of molded products. ADVANTAGE - The composition improves the defect of the appearance of the sprayed pattern generated in the injection process thus the condition of containing a large amount of filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composition, comprising mixing polyamide resin, layered mica powder and inorganic filler uniformly, extruding and granulating by a double-screw extruder, and the temperature range of the 1-8 zone of the screw extruder is set to 180-230℃ and the rotational speed range is 300-500 revolutions/minute.
