NOVELTY - Graphene composite high performance semiconductive belt comprises nylon/non-woven fabric substrate, coating conductive adhesive on both sides of nylon/non-woven fabric substrate, where, the conductive adhesive comprises 40-45 pts. wt. deionized water, 20-23 pts. wt. adhesive, 13-15.5 pts. wt. surfactant, 8-12 pts. wt. white oil, 3-3.25 pts. wt. graphene, 2-2.25 pts. wt. carbon nanotube powder, 0.5- 0.8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, 2-2.5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. nonionic surfactant. The adhesive is polyvinyl acetate emulsion, butyl acrylate emulsion or ethyl acrylate emulsion. The surfactant is o-10 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The nonionic surfactant is alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether. USE - Used as graphene composite high performance semiconductive belt. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite high performance large-section medium-voltage cable has excellent high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical performance, and can be used for a long time at 250-280 ℃. The cable core has excellent anti-bending fatigue, high and low temperature resistance and impact resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance and weather resistance. The shielding layer of the homogenizing effect of the electric field can be improved. The partial discharge phenomenon in the cable operation is reduced. The power line operation fault is reduced and the safety and reliability of the operation of the power circuit are ensured. The service life of the cable is improved.
