▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature resistant functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane comprises adding 10-15 pts. wt. polyester diol, 8-12 pts. wt. diisocyanate, and 15-30 pts. wt. methacrylate monomers into a drying reactor with a stirring device, adding 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. catalyst, dibutyl tin dilaurate, stirring the reaction at 70-80 degrees C, adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol to carry out chain extension reaction for 2-3 hours, adding 0.5-1 pts. wt. capping monomer to carry out capping reaction, reacting at a constant temperature, reducing temperature to 25-40 degrees C, adding 4-14 pts. wt. sulfonate chain extender and 100-180 pts. wt. deionized water, emulsifying under high-speed stirring, adding 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. functional graphene under stirring, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding 0.25-0.5 pts. wt. potassium persulfate solution, adding dropwise to initiate the reaction to prepare high temperature resistant functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane. USE - The graphene modified aqueous polyurethane is useful as transfer aluminized coating on food and tobacco packing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified aqueous polyurethane: has no organic volatile compounds; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high temperature resistant functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane.
