NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/PVC antistatic composite material, involves mixing 3.6-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10.8-18 pts. wt. solvent and 2.4-4 pts. wt. dispersant to prepare graphene antistatic masterbatch (I), drying graphene antistatic masterbatch (I) to obtain graphene antistatic masterbatch (II), adding 6-10 pts. wt. graphene antistatic masterbatch (II), 80-120 pts. wt. PVC resin, 3.2-4.8 pts. wt. organotin heat stabilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. acrylic impact modifier and 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, stirring and mixing. USE - Preparation of graphene/PVC antistatic composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of graphene/PVC antistatic composite material with excellent dispersibility.
