NOVELTY - A weather-resistant epoxy resin adhesive contains 8-10 pts. wt. phosphorus-containing spiro orthocarbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 4-5 pts. wt. expandable graphene, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. m-phenylenediamine, 0.03-0.05 pt. wt. 2,3,4-triphenol (sic), 1-2 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 8-10 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 5-9 pts. wt. organic modified attapulgite, 100-120 pts. wt. epoxy resin monomer, 10-12 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 8-10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber having terminal amine group, 12-14 pts. wt. acetone and 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Weather-resistant epoxy resin adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin adhesive has excellent weather resistance, toughness, specific surface area, compatibility and shear resistance.
