▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon-supported metal nanocluster catalyst involves preparing metal salt solution using a metal salt, a metal chelate, a nitrogen source and a solvent, mixing the metal salt solution with carbon material, freeze-drying to obtain a freeze-dried sample, calcining the sample in an inert atmosphere to obtain a pre-catalyst, combining the pre-catalyst with working electrode and placing it in an electrolyte solution containing a guiding agent, subjecting to electrochemical redox treatment by cyclic voltammetry. The guiding agent is target product of the reaction catalyzed by metal nanocluster catalyst. USE - Preparation of carbon-supported metal nanocluster catalyst used in biosensor for detection of concentration of hydrogen peroxide and biomolecules such as blood glucose, galactose, cholesterol, amino acid, alcohol, lactic acid or uric acid (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method adopts cyclic voltammetry, so that supported metal nanoclusters are distributed uniformly, and the agglomeration phenomenon is reduced, and uses guiding agent to guide the supported metal to reconstruct the exposed crystal plane, so that the exposed proportion of the crystal plane with catalytic activity increases, thereby improving the catalytic performance. The carbon-supported metal nanocluster catalyst has ultra-small particle size and excellent biocompatibility, and is safely discharged by living organisms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: the carbon-supported metal nanocluster catalyst having a nanocluster particle size of 0.5-2 nm and metal element content of 0.5-15 wt.%; and biosensor, which comprises the carbon-supported metal nanocluster catalyst.
