▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The shifting unit has an upper layer medium substrate whose upper surface is formed with a metal patch through a connecting line. Gap is formed between the upper layer medium substrate and a middle layer medium substrate to inject a liquid crystal layer. A lower surface of the upper layer medium substrate is fixed with a metal micro-structure. A metal layer is covered with an upper surface of a lower layer medium substrate to form a metal ground electrode layer. The liquid crystal layer is injected into the gap between the middle layer medium substrate ad the metal ground electrode layer. Thickness of the middle layer medium substrate is equal to thickness of the metal micro-structure. The metal micro-structure is embedded on an upper surface of the middle layer medium substrate as a graphene electrode. USE - Patterned graphene electrode based reflecting type dual-layer liquid crystal phase shifting unit. ADVANTAGE - The shifting unit realizes dual-layer liquid crystal material electric controlling process with dielectric constant by changing bias of the graphene electrode and graphene chemical potential changing process and increases working bandwidth.
