NOVELTY - The preparation method of silicon nanoparticle-graphene nanosheet-carbon fiber composite material involves amino modifying silicon nanoparticle surface, acid treating carbon material composed of carbon fiber and graphite nanosheet, dispersing acid-treated carbon material in water, adding amino-modified silicon nanoparticles, and stirring, filtering and drying, adding obtained material to solution containing polymer monomer, polymerizing, filtering and drying, and carrying out heat treatment. USE - Preparation of silicon nanoparticle-graphene nanosheet-carbon fiber composite material for lithium-ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical strength, capacity, cycle stability, and charge-discharge characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of silicon nanoparticle-graphene nanosheet-carbon fiber composite material involves amino modifying silicon nanoparticle surface by using amino silane coupling agent, acid treating carbon material composed of carbon fiber and graphite nanosheet, dispersing acid-treated carbon material in water, adding amino-modified silicon nanoparticles, and stirring to obtain mixed solution, filtering and drying mixed solution to obtain carbon material loaded with silicon nanoparticles, adding carbon material loaded with silicon nanoparticles to solution containing polymer monomer, performing polymerization reaction, filtering and drying, carrying out heat treatment at 850-1250 degrees C for 5-120 minutes under inert gas protection. The mass ratio of amino-modified silicon nanoparticles and carbon material is 1:9-3:7. The polymer monomer is pyrrole, aniline and/or dopamine. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) silicon nanoparticle-graphene nanosheet-carbon fiber composite material obtained by the method; (2) lithium-ion battery cathode material; and (3) preparation of lithium-ion battery cathode material.
