▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing quaternary complex nano-controlled release system comprises (1) adding dopamine monomer to the graphene oxide aqueous solution, adjusting the pH of the solution, and washing after the reaction to obtain poly-dopamine/graphene oxide aqueous solution, (2) dissolving acetamiprid in ethanol, adding it to the poly-dopamine/graphene oxide aqueous solution prepared in the step (1), and centrifuging and washing after stirring to obtain acetamiprid nano-controlled release agent, (3) adding the acetamiprid nano-controlled release agent prepared in the step (2) to the reaction kettle, and heating up and reacting to form fluorescent quantum dots, and (4) mixing the fluorescent quantum dots prepared in the step (3) with the remaining acetamiprid nano-release agent in the step (2). USE - The method is useful for preparing quaternary complex nano-controlled release system. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, convenient to operate, and environmentally friendly; and has controllable slow release. The system: displays blue fluorescence after adding quantum dots, which can be used for labeling and tracking in plants; has controlled release function, which can release acetamiprid continuously and efficiently, no toxic organic solvents and auxiliary agent; and is environmentally friendly and safe.
