▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The copper-based graphene composite material comprises 0.01-0.5 wt.% graphene, and balance is copper and unavoidable impurities. The graphene in the composite material is dispersed in the copper matrix, the layer number of each graphite alkene is 1-5, the Raman spectrum characteristic peak of the graphene has D peak and G peak. The ratio of ID/IG is 0.1.2, where the ID represents the intensity of the D peak, and IG represents the strength of the G peak. The minimum distance between any two points of the two adjacent graphene is 0 to 2 m, where the minimum distance between 0.1 to 2 m of graphene accounts for more than 70 % of the total amount. USE - The copper-based graphene composite material is useful in a conductive copper application field, where the copper is a main conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based graphene composite material has high-strength, high-conductivity, and high-quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the copper-based graphene composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating a process of a copper-based graphene composite material. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
