▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductive modified graphene, comprises (1) preparing spherical alumina particles by a ball milling device, (2) modifying graphene, (3) placing the spherical alumina particles in dehydrated alcohol, crushing and stirring under normal temperature, carrying out precipitation and drying to obtain alumina powder, (4) adding the modified graphene aqueous slurry into distilled water, dispersing and crushing by ultrasonic crushing device, carrying out precipitation and drying to obtain modified graphene powder, (5) preparing silicone oil, and mixing it with spherical alumina and modified graphene in a certain molar ratio to obtain reaction mixture and (6) drying the reaction mixture by hot air, and performing hot-pressing to obtain sheet type high thermal conductive silicone oil modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductive modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductive modified graphene: contains graphene surface, which can be in better contact with the surface of the workpiece to be dissipated during use, and thus it ensures the thermal conductivity of the material.
