The termination portion (206-209, 215-218, 225, 235) of at least two graphene layers, is exposed to an outermost circumference. USE - For source of electron emission (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano carbon substance has high activity. The source of electron emission utilizing the nano carbon substance, discharges an electron by the effect of electric field. The nano carbon substance can enlarge the strength of a polymeric material. The electron emission source utilizing the nano carbon substance, has excellent electron emission property.
