NOVELTY - Manufacturing conductive ink comprises (1) mixing 5-10 wt.% binder with 30-50 wt.% heated solvent, (2) mixing 0.1-1.0 wt.% first plasticizer and 0.01-0.1 wt.% preservative with the first mixing step, heating the mixed solution of the second mixing step, preparing graphene mixed solution by mixing 1-3 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% polyester resin, 5-20 wt.% second plasticizer, and 0.01-0.1 wt.% coupling agent, and (3) injecting the prepared graphene mixture into the heated mixture of the second mixing step, stirring the mixed solution of the third mixing step, adding 20-40 wt.% solvent to the mixed solution, and stirring. USE - The conductive ink is useful in circuit board for next generation electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink: has high electrical conductivity, excellent chemical stability, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity; and minimizes contact resistance.
