NOVELTY - Preparation of doped tin oxide composite conductive film involves dissolving 0.5-0.9 mol/L tin tetrachloride and dopant in an organic solvent containing ethanol and/or dimethylformamide to obtain a mixed solution, leaving still for 10-20 hours, adding graphene, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed solution containing graphene, spraying graphene-containing mixture onto the surface of the substrate through an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coating machine, spraying a mixed solution, and annealing under argon atmosphere. The dopant comprises lanthanum nitrate-antimony trichloride, yttrium nitrate-antimony trichloride or cerium nitrate-antimony trichloride. The molar ratio of lanthanum nitrate, yttrium nitrate and cerium nitrate to antimony trichloride is 0.1-1:1. USE - Preparation of doped tin oxide composite conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control, and provides conductive film having excellent conductive effect, uniform surface and compact structure.
