▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Interacting (M1) with reduced friction, comprises providing relative movement between a first surface having disposed graphene oxide flakes on it, which is free of oil, with a second surface having a diamond like coating (DLC), and interacting the first surface with the second surface, where the coefficient of friction is 0.15-1. USE - The methods are useful for: interacting with reduced friction; and forming graphene and graphene oxide on a substrate. ADVANTAGE - The methods utilize the: exfoliated graphene and/or graphene oxide at the interface and provide the low wear and low friction article and superlubricity without requiring the need of any liquid lubricants e.g. oil, hence industrially significant; and solution processed graphene oxide (SPGO) that can be used in water solution environments that offers more flexibility and ease in application of SPGO while having reducing friction corrosion and/or wear in steel against steel contacts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for forming at least one of graphene and graphene oxide on a substrate, comprising disposing graphene oxide on the substrate which is free of oil, thus establishing a low friction wear surface.
