NOVELTY - Micro-foamed polyamide magnetic plastic based on organic fluorine modification comprises basic raw materials comprising polyamide resin, carbon dioxide affinity additive, phenolic hydroxyl resin, and filler and additive raw materials comprising compatibilizer, nucleating agent, foaming agent and other additives. USE - The micro-foamed polyamide magnetic plastic based on organic fluorine modification is used for automotive, electronic and electrical applications. ADVANTAGE - The micro-foamed polyamide magnetic plastic saves material costs, reduces water absorption of polyamide resin, and overcomes poor product dimensional stability, poor surface quality, poor foaming effect and reduced mechanical properties caused by high water absorption of polyamide composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the micro-foamed polyamide magnetic plastic based on organic fluorine modification, which involves (i) drying the polyamide resin raw materials at 105 degrees C for 4 hours, taking the basic raw materials and additive raw materials, and uniformly mixing the raw material components except the foaming agent in a high-speed mixer to obtain a mixture, (ii) pelletizing the mixture prepared in step (i) in an internal mixer and a single-screw extruder unit to obtain a modified polyamide composite material, where the extrusion temperature is 200-280 degrees C, (iii) uniformly mixing the dried modified polyamide composite material prepared in step (ii) and the foaming agent to obtain a foaming mixture, and (iv) performing an injection molding process on the foaming mixture prepared in step (iii) in an injection molding machine to obtain an organic fluorine-modified micro-foamed polyamide magnetic plastic, where the molding temperature of the injection molding process is 210-320 degrees C.
