NOVELTY - The brick has a lime block (5) whose upper end outer surface is fixedly connected with a light layer (4). An upper end outer surface of the light layer is fixedly connected with a high strength layer (3). An upper end outer surface of the high strength layer is fixedly connected with a coal gangue layer (2). An upper end outer surface of the coal gangue layer is formed with a vent hole (1). The light layer is provided with a carbon fiber layer, a fixing layer, a polystyrene layer and a mixed connection fixing block. A lower end outer surface of the carbon fiber layer is fixedly connected with an upper end outer surface of the fixing layer. USE - Coal gangue non-baking brick for use in e.g. Material learning, micro-nano processing, energy, biological medicine and medicine transmission applications. ADVANTAGE - The brick has light weight and high strength, and ensures better optical, electrical and mechanical property of graphene through a structure layer. Improves strength, fixes the carbon fiber layer at an inner unit of high strength high modulus fiber with carbon content greater than 90%, utilizes orlon and viscose fiber as raw material and realizes high temperature oxidation carbonization to obtain a light structure, and is stable to use, and has better use prospect.
