▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing doped graphene-reinforced calcium phosphate composite ceramic involves mixing calcium phosphate initial powder and graphene in a proportion, uniformly mixing, performing wet ball milling, dispersing the graphene fully in the calcium phosphate matrix, drying and sieving, and molding to obtain a ceramic green portion, and using vacuum sintering to replace the normal sinter to prepare the ceramic. The graphene is a few layers of graphene, the adding amount is 0.5-5% of the total mass fraction. The wet ball milling medium is absolute ethanol, the rotational speed of the planetary ball milling is 200-450 rpm, and the ball-milling time is 4-42 hours USE - Preparation method of doped graphene-reinforced calcium phosphate composite ceramic used as bone defect repairing material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The doped graphene-reinforced porous calcium phosphate ceramic has excellent mechanical property, and biological performance, meets the requirement of clinical portion bearing bone defect repair and regeneration, and has scientific design, simple method, simple operation and wide application range. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view illustrating the preparation of doped graphene-reinforced calcium phosphate composite ceramic.
