NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced polyvinyl chloride composite pipe comprises 100-200 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 2-6 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-2 pts. wt. internal lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. external lubricant, 4-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 80-120 pts. wt. filler, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 6-20 pts. wt. toughening agent and 2-6 pts. wt. plasticizing accelerating agent. USE - Used as graphene reinforced polyvinyl chloride composite pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe has prolong service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene reinforced polyvinyl chloride composite pipe, comprising (i) mixing polyvinyl chloride, stabilizer, internal lubricant, external lubricant and filler, mixing in a mixer at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 minutes, mixing at high speed for 5-10 minutes, adding the antioxidants, toughening agent and plasticizing accelerating agent and the modified graphene into the mixer, mixing for 1-3 minutes, placing the mixed material in a cold mixer and mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain polyvinyl chloride composite pipe mixture; (ii) adding the uniformly mixed polyvinyl chloride composite pipe mixture into a twin-screw extruder, performing hot melt extrusion to obtain polyvinyl chloride composite pipe; and (iii) packaging.
