▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ternary fluororubber nano composite material with three-crosslinked network structure, comprises (1) weighing 100 pts. wt. ternary fluororubber, 1-5 pts. wt. acid acceptor, 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1- 10 pts. wt. aminated multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and 1-10 pts. wt. graphene; (2) mixing ternary fluororubber with acid acceptor, accelerator, vulcanizing agent, aminated multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and graphene in open mill for refining at refining temperature of 48-52 degrees C, mixing evenly to obtain a rubber compound; (3) vulcanizing the rubber compound obtained in step (2) in flat vulcanizing machine, and pressing into a rubber sheet; and (4) adding the rubber sheet into oven for two-stage vulcanization to prepare a fluororubber nano composite material with three-crosslinked network structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing ternary fluororubber nano composite material with three-crosslinked network structure. ADVANTAGE - The method: obtains fluororubber nano composite material has three-crosslinked network structure, so that ternary fluororubber has better strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ternary fluororubber nano composite material with three-crosslinked network structure is prepared by above mentioned method.
