NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber antibacterial creeping composite material comprises 70-100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 18-25 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 3-6 pts. wt. nano active medium, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 3-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing active agent, 0.4-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. flavorless crosslinking agent and 2.5-5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - The graphene natural rubber antibacterial creeping composite material useful for children (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The creeping composite material: has high elasticity, good wear resistance, antibacterial; is non-toxic, not easy to deform, and is easy to clean. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene natural rubber antibacterial children creeping composite material, comprising (i) heating the graphene treated by surfactant, adding natural rubber and ethylene propylene diene rubber, mixing in mixer, and filtering to obtain mixed raw rubber; and (ii) adding flavorless cross-linking agent into the mixed raw rubber, mixing foaming agent, zinc oxide, vulcanizing active agent and nano-active medium, then vulcanizing and cross-linking.
