▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing conductive and thermally conductive paint comprises (1) adding nano-carbon material into ultrapure water, and ultrasonically processing in ice-water bath to obtain nano-carbon material dispersion; and (2) adding tannic acid-based dispersant to nano-carbon material dispersion, mixing and stirring evenly, ultrasonically processing in ultrasonic cleaning machine for 20-60 minutes, adjusting the pH value to 5-9, ultrasonically processing in ice-water bath, obtaining stable conductive and thermally conductive paint. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive and thermally conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is non-toxic and tasteless, and easy to dissolve in water; and has high transparency, physiological inertia, good chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the use of the conductive and thermally conductive paint comprising immersing silicon-based material in the Piranha solution at 90°C for 5 minutes, treating the silicon substrate material in pretreatment agent at 80°C for 12 hours, cleaning with anhydrous toluene and absolute ethanol, blowing dry with nitrogen, adding the silicon-based material into the paint and soaking for 24 hours to form a conductive and thermally conductive paint on the surface of the silicon-based material.
