NOVELTY - Two-dimensional structure comprising substituted heterocyclic compound (I), is claimed. USE - The two-dimensional structure is useful as semiconductor material for organic semiconductors, organic transistors, organic solar catalysts, and visible light catalysts. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional structure has high intrinsic electron mobility of 5000 W/mK, high physical and chemical stability i.e. thermal conductivity, high electron mobility of graphene, and does not have a band gap on the Fermi level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Two-dimensional structure comprising substituted heterocyclic compound of formula (I), is claimed. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing two-dimensional structure, comprising (a) synthesizing substituted cyclic compound of formula (II) on a solvent containing polar solvent and non-polar solvent, and (b) synthesizing substituted cyclic compound (II) at the interface between the polar solvent and the non-polar solvent into a carbon allotrope of formula (I). X = halogen element, preferably F, Cl, Br or I.
