▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A liquid encapsulating method involves transferring two sheets of graphene grown on different growth substrates respectively to a transmissive substrate and dropping a liquid to be encapsulated to the surface of one sheet of graphene, on which another sheet of graphene is covered for completing the package. USE - Method for encapsulating liquid that is utilized in transmission electron microscope in-situ characterization (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables encapsulating the liquid with high efficiency, high repeatability, strong controllability, strong compatibility and better effect of improving possibility of researching reaction mechanism from atomic scale on the sample, in a simple and rapid manner.
