▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - System has a first superconducting terminal, a second superconducting terminal, a graphene channel comprising a portion of a graphene sheet, and a conductive gate. The first superconducting terminal, the second superconducting terminal, and the graphene channel together forms a Josephson junction having an oscillation frequency. The conductive gate is configured to modify the oscillation frequency upon application of a voltage across the conductive gate and the graphene channel. USE - System for a tunable oscillator including a Josephson junction for commercial applications. ADVANTAGE - The system modifies the oscillation frequency, prevents surface contamination from compromising the properties of the graphene sheet, and cools the graphene-based superconducting tunable oscillator.
