▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite film has a nickel sulfide and graphene composite film housing that is printed on the surface of a pre-treated fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) conductive glass by a printing method and heat-treated at 100-150 degrees C. The film is cured at 100-150 degrees C, and then annealed at 300-400 degrees C to prepare a graphene film. The FTO glass with the graphene film is vertically immersed in the precursor liquid, and then aqueous ammonia is added under stirring at 15-20 degrees C. The FTO glass was taken out and washed and annealed at 300-400 degrees C to obtain a nickel oxide and graphene composite film. The nickel oxide and graphene composite film and sodium sulfide solution were hydrothermally heated at 70-100 degrees C. The nickel sulfide is synthesized on the surface of the graphene film after washing and drying. USE - Nickel sulfide and graphene composite film used in dye-sensitized solar counter electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple, the production cost is low, the product with uniform phase and higher purity is directly obtained and is beneficial to industrial large-scale production. The cost of the dye-sensitized solar cells is reduced. The nickel sulfide and graphene composite film prepared on the FTO conductive glass has excellent catalytic performance, because the redox graphene has high conductivity and high specific surface area. The high catalytic property of the redox graphene and the nickel sulfide is combined, so that the film is counter electrode materials with high application potential, is directly used as counter electrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells and replaces the traditional platinum counter electrodes.
