USE - Graphene-based polystyrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based polystyrene composite material adopts one-step polymerization and is suitable for industrial reactor production, which is beneficial to the stability of industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-based polystyrene composite material, which involves: (A) putting graphene, the surfactant, the co-active agent, the styrene, the stabilizer and the co-stabilizer into the reaction vessel and stirring, where pre-dispersion time is 10 min-30 min, and the stirring speed is 100-300 r/min; (B) mixing the first addition compound and stirring, where first addition compound includes a dispersant, a co-dispersant, deionized water, a stabilizer, and a co-stabilizer; (C) adding the first addition compound into the reaction kettle for stirring, stirring time is 10min-30min, stirring speed is 50-200r / min; (D) mixing the second addition compound and stirring, where second addition compound includes an initiator and a foaming agent pentane; (E) adding a second addition compound, sealing the kettle, heating up and increasing, when the temperature rises to 117-125 degrees C, the pressure is 0.3Mpa-0.8Mpa, constant temperature and constant pressure for 10 to 20 hours, the stirring speed is 50-200r / min; and (F) taking material in the reaction vessel out and subjecting to washing and filtration screening to obtain graphene-based polystyrene composite material.
