NOVELTY - Multi-phase reinforced WC-Ni3Al hard alloy comprises 84-94 wt.% tungsten carbide (WC), 5-15 wt.% nickel-aluminum (Ni3Al), 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.1-5% silicon carbide (SiC) whiskers, 0.1-5 wt.% zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) and 0.01-0.2 wt.% boron (B). USE - Multi-phase reinforced WC-Ni3Al hard alloy for mechanical processing cutting tool, mine device, metallurgy and wear-resistantparts of engineering machinery. ADVANTAGE - The multi-phase reinforced WC-Ni3Al hard has high density, high hardness, high bending strength, good fracture toughness, good thermal hardness, good wear resistance, and high efficiency.
