NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional carbon or three-dimensional carbon/graphene foam comprises washing metal foam and drying; subjecting treated metal foam to an alcohol flame for a period of time; and etching three-dimensional carbon/metal foam or three-dimensional carbon/graphene/metal foam to remove metal, washing with water and alcohol, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing three-dimensional carbon or three-dimensional carbon/graphene foam for sensor, energy and environment fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses simple device than the traditional chemical vapor deposition method and has easy operation, open production environment, and low preparation temperature.
