▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer comprises performing solution polymerization of polymerizable monomer in presence of initiator and solvent. The polymerizable monomer is monomer A, or monomer A and monomer B. The monomer A is 2-(perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate. The monomer B includes methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, styrene, methoxyethyl acrylate and/or n-butyl methacrylate. The mass ratio of the polymerizable monomer to polymerizable monomer and solvent is 1-50%. The molar ratio of monomer A to monomer B is at least 0.5:1 when the polymerizable monomers are monomer A and monomer B. USE - The fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer is useful as self-cleaning coatings for building construction materials, power facilities, military equipment, electronic equipment screens or lenses, packaging materials, kitchen and bathroom utensils surfaces, oil pipelines, metal processing or marine field; and in preparing self-cleaning composite for deicing, de-frosting or de-waxing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-cleaning coating: has excellent light transmittance, excellent mechanical stability, low surface energy, excellent self-cleaning and self-repairing property; and repairs the chemical and physical damage by heating process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer prepared by above method; (2) self-cleaning coating, comprising raw material adopts the fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer; and the thickness of the self-cleaning coating is preferably 0.005-0.1 mm, more preferably 0.02-0.06 mm; (3) preparation of self-cleaning coating, comprising melting the fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer, and coating on the substrate to a desired thickness, where the substrate is a rigid substrate or a flexible substrate; the rigid substrate is glass or stainless steel; the flexible substrate is polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide or PTFE; the substrate is rigid substrate when the polymerizable monomer of the fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer is only the monomer A, or the monomer A and the methyl acrylate; the substrate is flexible substrate when the polymerizable monomers of the fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer are monomer A and n-butyl methacrylate; and the substrate is placed on heating stage and heated to more than 10degrees Celsius of the melting point of the fluorine-containing methacrylate polymer; (4) self-cleaning composite coating comprising a photothermal layer and the self-cleaning coating, where the photothermal layer comprises substance having photothermal conversion effect; and (5) preparing self-cleaning composite coating, comprising preparing photothermal layer on a substrate, and preparing the self-cleaning coating on the photothermal layer.
