NOVELTY - Graphene-nano carbon fiber mixed aqueous anti-rust coating comprises 34-48 pts. wt. nano modified acrylic emulsion, 20-25 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 36-48 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. adhesion promoting agent, 1.3-1.9 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2.6-3.1 pts. wt. carbon nanofiber, 10-12 pts. wt. dianhydride, 4-4.8 pts. wt. polymer based organic-inorganic nano complex material, 0.8-1.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-0.11 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.08-0.20 pts. wt. catalyst, 3.0-4.0 pts. wt. modified amine curing agent and 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. film-forming agent. USE - Used as graphene-nano carbon fiber mixed aqueous anti-rust coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves comprehensive mechanical performance of coating and has substrate adhesion property.
