NOVELTY - The preparation method of multilayer graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material involves placing multilayer graphene with different contents, aluminum powder and zirconium ball into high-energy horizontal stirring ball mill, filling the grinding chamber with argon gas, ball milling for a period of time to obtain graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite powder, and sintering into graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material by vacuum hot-pressing at a certain temperature. USE - The method is used for preparing multi-layer graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient preparation of multilayer graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite powder material with excellent hardness, tensile strength, reinforcing effect, mechanical property and productivity.
