NOVELTY - Preparing folic acid co-modified carboxylated graphene oxide involves dissolving carboxylated graphene oxide in water to obtain a solution. Folic acid solution is added to obtained solution in a ratio of (10-200):1 to obtain a mixture. 1-Ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride is added to obtained mixture to obtain another mixture. Obtained mixture is sonicated. Obtained product is mixed with N-hydroxyl sulfonic succinimide acyl sodium salt, and pH value of obtained product is adjusted to 7.0-8.0 by using hydrochloric acid. USE - Method for preparing folic acid co-modified carboxylated graphene oxide used for preparing drug carrier for anticancer medicine (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing folic acid co-modified carboxylated graphene oxide involves dissolving carboxylated graphene oxide in water to obtain a solution. Obtained solution and hydroxyl apatite is dissolved in phosphate buffer to obtain phosphoric acid nano hydroxyapatite solution. Obtained product is incubated at 30-37 degrees C, and centrifuged to obtain folic acid co-modified carboxylated graphene oxide.
