NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene material, involves crushing dried shrimp shell waste to obtain shrimp shell waste powder and sieving, heating the waste shrimp shell powder under nitrogen atmosphere, increasing temperature and slowly reducing temperature to obtain carbonization product of waste shrimp shell, mixing carbonization product of waste shrimp shell with reactants such as zinc nitrate, aluminum nitrate, and/or potassium hydroxide, heating under nitrogen atmosphere, increasing temperature and slowly reducing to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene material by simple, safe and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene material, involves (1) crushing dried shrimp shell waste to obtain shrimp shell waste powder and sieving, (2) heating the waste shrimp shell powder under nitrogen atmosphere in a tube furnace at 450-750 degrees C for 1-2 hours, increasing the temperature to 850-1000 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours and slowly reducing the temperature to 25-35 degrees C to obtain carbonization product of waste shrimp shell, (3) mixing the carbonization product of waste shrimp shell with reactants such as zinc nitrate, aluminum nitrate, and/or potassium hydroxide at mass ratio of 1:(1-5), heating under nitrogen atmosphere in tube furnace at 850-1000 degrees C for 1-2 hours, increasing the temperature to 900-1200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, slowly reducing to room temperature.
