NOVELTY - Ultra-thin composite adhesive film comprises a graphene heat dissipation layer, a substrate layer, a first metal layer and a colloid layer stacked in sequence; the thickness of the graphene heat dissipation layer is 0.2-0.5 mu m, the thickness of the substrate layer is 2-15 mu m, the thickness of the first metal layer is 0.3-3 mu m, and the thickness of the colloid layer is 3-5 mu m. USE - Used as ultra-thin composite adhesive film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has heat dissipation, conductivity, and shielding functions, good thermal conductivity with 600-800 W/m/asteriskK, superior electrostatic conductivity, with a surface resistivity of less than 0.02 Omega , low electrical resistance, strong composite, and strong adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultra-thin composite adhesive film comprising performing vacuum electroplating on both sides of the substrate to form a stacked graphene heat dissipation layer, a substrate layer and a first metal layer in sequence and coating colloid on the side of the first metal layer away from the substrate layer to form a colloid layer.
