NOVELTY - Preparing graphene polyaniline aerogel thermoelectric material comprises (a) taking aniline monomer, dispersing in hydrochloric acid solution, adding oxidizer ammonium persulfate, polymerization to obtain polyaniline, adding aqueous ammonia in dispersed solution (b) taking e.g. graphene oxide dispersed into aqueous solution, (c) adding aqueous ammonia for heating treatment to obtain graphene polyaniline hydrogel, (d) freezing and drying to obtain graphene polyaniline aerogel, (e) taking the obtained product in the step (d) grinding, dispersing, drying, to obtain flexible thermoelectric film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene polyaniline aerogel thermoelectric material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene polyaniline aerogel thermoelectric material comprises (a) taking aniline monomer, dispersing in hydrochloric acid solution, adding oxidizer ammonium persulfate, polymerization under stirring in a ice water bath to obtain polyaniline, adding aqueous ammonia uniformly in dispersed solution (b) taking graphene oxide and polyaniline is uniformly dispersed in the aqueous solution, (c) adding aqueous ammonia for heating treatment into homogeneous dispersion solution to obtain graphene polyaniline hydrogel, (d) taking the obtained graphene polyaniline hydrogel after freezing and drying to obtain graphene polyaniline aerogel, (e) taking the obtained product in the step (4) completely grinding, dispersing camphor sulfonic acid into m-cresol solution via a solution casting method, oven drying, to obtain flexible thermoelectric film.
