NOVELTY - Foamed polypropylene material comprises component A and component B, where component A comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. first plasticizer, 0.1-8 pts. wt. nanoparticles, 1-10 pts. wt. antioxidants, and 1-10 pts. wt. light stabilizer. The component B comprises 20-50 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer, 5-20 pts. wt. second plasticizer, 1-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, and 0.1-8 pts. wt. fumed silica. The weight ratio of component A to component B is 1:0.1-1. USE - Foamed polypropylene material. ADVANTAGE - The foamed polypropylene material has high strength, low proportion, good physical and mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, and realize the purpose of replacing steel with plastics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a foamed polypropylene material, which involves: (A) obtaining component A by mixing polypropylene and modified graphene, stirring for 30 minutes to 2 hours under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 500W to 3000W and temperature of 60-100 degrees C, and then adding plasticizer, nanoparticles, antioxidants, and light stabilizers to produce component A; (B) obtaining component B by mixing styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer, second plasticizer, coupling agent, compatibilizer, and fumed silica to prepare component B; and (C) mixing component A and component B into the high-speed dispersing machine, maintaining the speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, dispersing at high speed for 10-30 minutes, and then carrying out high-temperature melting through a twin-screw extruder, where melting temperature is 220-500 degrees C, and extruding to get desired product.
