▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Perovskite flexible transparent solar cell comprises a lower electrode formed using graphene. A first transport layer formed on the lower electrode and formed using a two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenide compound. A light absorption layer is formed on the first transport layer and formed using perovskite. An upper electrode is formed on a second transport layer. The lower electrode serves as an anode. The first transport layer serves as a charge transport layer and the second transport layer serves as a hole transport layer (140). The upper electrode is used to perform a role of a cathode. USE - The perovskite flexible transparent solar cell is useful for researching renewable and clean alternative energy sources e.g. solar energy, wind power, and hydroelectric power being actively conducted. ADVANTAGE - The perovskite flexible transparent solar cell has high charge and hole transport capacity, high conductivity, low surface roughness, and improved stability and efficiency.
