NOVELTY - A high-medium temperature solar energy selective heat absorbing coating comprises 10-12 pts. wt. fluorosilicone resin, 20-24 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. graphite powder, 12-18 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol, 2-9 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2-6 pts. wt. soybean oil, 5-10 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-16 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene, 1.5-3 pts. wt. aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, 2-8 pts. wt. ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-5 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 6-8 pts. wt. acetone, and 10-20 pts. wt. water. USE - High-medium temperature solar energy selective heat absorbing coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-medium temperature solar energy selective heat absorbing coating has high absorption rate, high conductivity, low emissivity, high stability, increased solar energy conversion rate, weather resistance and water resistance, and is prepared by simple, economical, environmentally-friendly and industrial manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high-medium temperature solar energy selective heat absorbing coating, which involves (1) taking raw materials, (2) adding aluminum-zirconium coupling agent to container, adding ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, dibutyl phthalate and acetone, uniformly stirring, (3) adding graphite powder, titanium dioxide and kaolin to container, and stirring at speed of 200-300 rpm for 22-28 minutes, (4) mixing fluorosilicone resin, styrene-acrylic emulsion, ethanol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, soybean oil, sulfonated graphene, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and water at high speed, adding to ball mill or sand mill, dispersing to fineness of 20-30 mesh, and adding to clean container, (5) adding the products obtained in steps (2),(3),(4) to mill, stirring at high speed for 35-40 minutes, and regulating to obtain coating liquid, and (6) filtering to particle size of 100-120 mesh, adding to container, and sealing.
