NOVELTY - Graphene-modified PVC plastisol comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 25-40 pts. wt. PVC paste resin, 10-20 pts. wt. phthalic acid quaternary plasticizer, 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. epoxy adhesive, 0-1 pt. wt. polyurethane adhesive, 0-1 pt. wt. viscosity reducer, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 10-15 pts. wt. filler and 0-1 pt. wt. additive. USE - The graphene-modified PVC plastisol is used for automobile chassis. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified PVC plastisol has comprehensive performance better than the national standard, which can meet the performance requirements of automobile chassis to resist stone impact, anti-corrosion, vibration and noise reduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-modified PVC plastisol, which involves (i) uniformly mixing phthalic acid quaternary plasticizer and epoxy plasticizer to obtain a mixed plasticizer, (ii) adding the graphene to the mixed plasticizer obtained in step (i), and dispersing by ultrasonic grinding for 1-10 minutes to obtain a graphene plasticizer, (iii) adding PVC paste resin to the graphene plasticizer obtained in step (ii), and stirring for 5-20 minutes to obtain graphene modified PVC resin slurry, (iv) adding nano-calcium carbonate, filler, additive and fumed silica to the graphene-modified PVC resin slurry obtained in step (iii), and performing high-speed grinding for 10-30 minutes to obtain a graphene-modified PVC glue slurry, (v) adding epoxy adhesive and polyurethane adhesive to the graphene-modified PVC adhesive slurry obtained in step (iv), and performing high-speed stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain a graphene-modified PVC plastisol slurry, and (vi) adding viscosity reducer to the graphene modified PVC plastisol slurry obtained in step (v), adjusting the viscosity, and leaving still for 10-30 minutes.
